Nick McGill
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Nick is a Chartered Engineer and a member of CIBSE. Nick has over 8 years’ experience at director level within the facilities management and building services industry.
He has extensive experience of the bidding and delivery of multi-year planned and reactive maintenance contracts for a variety of end user clients.
Nick’s responsibilities within the business include strategy, financial management, business development and health & safety.
Iain Glover
ELECTRICAL SERVICES MANAGER
Iain is a time served electrician with over fifteen years’ experience of contract management in both the public and private sector.
He has extensive experience of electrical planned testing and upgrade programmes as well as reactive repairs.
Iain manages the electrical services delivery within the business as well as acting as our NICEIC Qualified Supervisor.
Matthew McCallum
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Matthew is a time served electrician with many years’ experience as an operations manager within a Facilities Management division of a local building services contractor.
He has extensive experience in managing multi-year planned and reactive maintenance contracts for a variety of end user clients. Matthews duties within SFS comprise customer service, contract management and estimating.

Bruce is an experienced door engineer having worked as a door engineer for Tayside Automatic Doors for over 10 years. He has in depth knowledge of all types of door installation. Our in house expert on all types of door automation, installation and hardware, Bruce is also the lead ADSA accredited engineer for the business.
His key roles in the business are to lead installation, maintenance and repair work.
